First port of call for the clinic complaints procedure is to contact us!!

Let us know what happened or your issue or why you are not satisfied.

We will try our best to fix the issue as long as its possible so to elevate the problem and settle the matter quickly for all involved.

If we are unable to fix or rectify the problem straight away please contact us via the contact email located on our website with all the information needed of what the issue is and what's been advised so far,  share your problem along with what you personal requirement to help resolve the problem.

your email will be followed up after a full and through investigation takes place, please allow the clinic a reasonable amount of time to process the complaint properly

Contact will be in due course once this investigation has been viewed

Conclusion - hopefully the matter can be swiftly and effectively sorted or rectified so all parties involved are satisfied with the outcome.  

An official document will be issued with all details noted and process that's been followed and the outcome  that has been decided /agreeded upon.
