All courses & Gift Vouchers will be active for 6 Months from purchase date. 

They also non-refundable or transferable.

All bookings are done via text or phone-  no online booking is available for our clinic.

Please give a minimum of 24hrs notice to cancel any bookings

Booking Deposit may be required 

(after this time a cancelation fee of 50% will be required)

Please Note - Clinic is CLOSED for ALL SCHOOL HOLIDAYS  - (so we can have quality time with our young family) make sure you book in advance prior to these dates to avoid disappointment.

Only voucher sign and dated by Carlie-Monique are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
